Ethnic cushion cover - Mudcloth Bogolan ocher - SEGOU

Ethnic cushion cover - Mudcloth Bogolan ocher - SEGOU

Description

The SEGOU ocher cushion, alone or in combination, easily finds its place in all rooms of the house, whatever the style of your interior.

SEGOU displays emblematic white patterns of Malian bogolans, woven and painted by hand. This ethnic cushion cover is made of thin strips of fabric woven by hand and sewn together to obtain larger pieces of fabric.

Arranged on a sofa or an armchair, this design cushion cover with its sleek and timeless graphics brings a touch of contemporary modernity to your living room or hallway.

SEGOU goes perfectly with a mix and match of patterns with our KEUR model. SEGOU can also energize the plain pieces of our bogolan collection like CADDAAN , or play on the complementarity of colors with our vintage indigos .

The inimitable texture of traditional weaving, the contrast of ocher and white, the classic graphics of this model, make SEGOU an authentic piece, easy to combine at home.

The SEGOU cushion cover by Studio Matongé is handmade in Belgium from pieces of organic cotton bogolans entirely spun, woven and decorated according to the traditional methods of Malian weavers from the Ségou region. Learn more.

Thus, irregularities such as discolorations, pattern variations, design and paint stains, etc. are not faults, but testify to the unique character of our creations and this centuries-old craftsmanship that we wish to promote.
