Delivery Coverage

We deliver to countries listed as available for shipping on our website. The delivery timeline for each order is provided in the order confirmation, subject to stock availability and operational capacity.

Shipping Costs

• Within Belgium: Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
• Neighboring Countries (France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany): Free shipping for orders over 150€ (after discounts) and under 10kg. We may modify or withdraw this offer without notice.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Incorrect addresses may incur additional charges. Our prices exclude delivery costs, which are calculated based on package weight/dimensions and added at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. We aim to dispatch orders via bpost within 15 business days, barring custom-made or specific products, unforeseen delays, or delivery region factors. Delays do not warrant order cancellation or compensation, except in cases of intentional delay.

Partial Deliveries

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, enhancing order fulfillment efficiency.

Non-Delivery

In cases where goods cannot be delivered, we will refund any payments made by the buyer, excluding interest or compensation.

Damage or Defects

Immediate notification is required for any visible damage, qualitative defects, or delivery discrepancies. Contact Studio Matongé promptly to report such issues.

Ownership Clause

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment, including all fees, interests, and compensations. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods at the buyer's expense.
