Made entirely with vintage 100% cotton artisanal indigo fabrics spun, woven and dyed by hand in Mali, the BUUM cushion cover  from Studio Matongé is produced  handmade in Belgium in very small series.

The patina of cottons and indigo gives a softness and an easy-to-wear casual-chic style.  to our BUUM ethnic cushion covers in vintage African fabrics.

Alone or in combination of patterns and colors, it is quite natural that it  fits into all interior styles.
Graphic, ethnic and bohemian, in a captivating deep blue, it is perfect in your bedroom or in your living room on a sofa or armchair.

Each woven piece we use is unique since it is handcrafted. In addition, our vintage fabrics bear  THE  testimonies and marks of their past use. Of the  Authentic details such as patches, holes, stains or other signs of wear reflect their previous experience and bring a timeless charm to your interior.

These imperfections tell a story that adds personality to each piece. We believe that it is this patina, which we leave raw or choose to upcycle depending on the model, that gives vintage fabrics their unique character and natural elegance.

- Our handcrafted products are unique and therefore likely to present slight variations in size and color, testimony to their authentic character.

- These living fabrics acquire a patina over time and over washing.
- Dry cleaning recommended.
- Hand or machine wash cold, short and delicate cycle possible.
- During the first washes, wash alone or with similar colours.
- No soaking at the risk of bleeding the natural dyes.
- Dry flat in the open air. Do not tumble dry
